Turnaround time is determined by product/project when the order is placed if final proof is requested and shipping instructions are provided. Production of your order begins one business following the day the order is placed for orders placed by 3:00 pm (pacific time). Orders placed after 3:00 PM. will incur an additional business day before production begins; if a proof is requested, production will start one business day following receipt of the final approval of said proof if such authorization is received by 3:00 pm (Pacific time). Production time can vary based on the product/project and can take 1-5 days. Final approval will only be accepted in written format. No verbal approvals will be accepted. Production will be delayed if we cannot print your files because they do not conform to our file requirements. When calculating turnaround times, Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and shipping are not considered. Although we make every possible effort to turn jobs around in the estimated times offered, we will not credit customers if a job runs past the estimated turnaround time; TURNAROUND TIMES ARE AN ESTIMATE, NOT A GUARANTEE! In the case of delay caused by technical difficulty, rush charges will be refunded or waived where applicable. However, technical difficulty will not justify an order cancellation.
